Ground floor apartment with a fabulous terrace with barbecue and pergola, to enjoy in the shade of a good meal.
It consists of a large bedroom with 1 double bed and a sofa bed for one person. Ideal for couples with 2 small children.
Nice kitchen completely renovated and perfectly equipped with everything you need. Oven. Microwave oven. Water heater. Coffee maker.

In addition to the terrace with barbecue, there is another open in the back enabled with sunbeds for sunbathing.

First impression was good

Spacious apartment comfy bedSun lounger area at back of property needs to be tidied up.Excellent location so near to restaurants but very quiet at night. Stay was spoiled by finding some cockroaches in kitchen and bathroom drawers and also in living room area I understand that we are abroad and this can happen but it did spoil our stay and we did let the owner know

A really lovely apartment in a quiet but great location

Good size apartment with all the things you would need during your stay. The front dining open space is really lovely, but the rear area leaves a little to be desired (not sure who owns it as I would expect the apartment owners wouldn't leave it so untidy). We have booked to return.

Fantastic apartment in a great location

We loved this apartment. Beautifully decorated with everything you need. The location is perfect, minutes walk to restaurants, shops and the beach but quiet at night. One of the best in this area. Definitely recommend.

We booked to celebrate our 25 th wedding anniversary and what a find , the owners were lovely and on hand when we needed them , a lovely clean and spacious apartment with a great outdoor area and it’s just a few minutes walk to the strip , we would definitely stay again

Great apartment in great location

Really enjoyed our stay in this very clean and comfortable apartment. Great location in a quiet cul-de-sac less than 5 mins walk to bars, restaurants, shops & beach. Rene & Sonia were very helpful and accommodating regarding our late flight home. We hope to stay here again soon. Highly recommended

Home from home.

The apartment is in a great location, just off the main strip of shops, in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, the open plan living room, kitchen and dining room, gives it a very spacious feel, the bedroom has large built in wardrobes and a seating area and black out blinds (if needed). The outside space at the front is a great outdoor living area that gets the morning sun, the patio doors can bring the indoor and outdoor together, In the evening the lights above the table are great for outside dining , the rear garden is a shared area, but you do have your own patio area and it gets the afternoon sun, we didn’t see anyone outside during our stay. The bikes are a great bonus and very handy to nip to the supermarket (this is only a 3 minute walk away). The first thing you will notice about this apartment is the attention to cleanliness, everything is spotless, the communication with Rene and Sonia was excellent and they was very accommodating regarding entering and vacating the apartment (many thanks). We we’re looking at booking again in January, but unfortunately it is booked, but we will definitely return here again.

This was a fantastic place to stay as a couple celebrating our 25th Silver Anniversary. Tucked away in a small estate but close to all beaches shops and restaurants. Peaceful and clean. High recommend this apartment and area

Wohlfühl Urlaub in der Calle Frankfurt

Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. die Wohnung ist top. Die Lage auch. Man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten mitten auf der Promenade oder an den verschiedenen Strandabschnitten in Puerto del Carmen. Die Wohnung einfach spitze. Für zwei Personen definitiv sehr gut. Es passte für uns einfach alles. Würden die Wohnung auch wieder buchen, wenn wir noch einmal auf Lanzarote Urlaub machen würden. Die Vermieter auch total nett, auch wenn es nur Kontakt über Handy gab. Man konnte alles fragen oder wenn es mal etwas gab, wurde es umgehend erledigt. Macht so weiter liebe Sonia und lieber René Wir haben uns rund um wohlgefühlt

Zentral gelegene aber ruhige schöne Wohnung

Diese geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist eine untere Wohnung in einem zweistöckigen Bungalow und liegt ruhig in einer Sackgasse, aber nur wenige Schritte von Restaurants und Strand entfernt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man sich für einen erholsamen Urlaub wünscht: Zwei Terrassen, bequemes Bett, Spül- und Waschmaschine, großer Flat-TV, Sonnenschirm und -Liegen. Nichts fehlte uns für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Zur Begrüßung waren Getränke im Kühlschrank sowie Obst und Kaffee vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattete und Gewürze sowie Öl, Essig, Spülmaschinenmittel und vieles mehr vorhanden. Im Bad war reichlich Toilettenpapier und sogar Waschmittel da. Das ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Man fühlte sich wirklich wie zu Hause. Dafür kann man nur die beste Bewertung abgeben. Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder.
