Welcome to the gorgeous newly renovated Apartment Togio 15. Situated in the popular holiday resort of Puerto de Carmen, Lanzarote, only a stones throw to the main strip and beach front.
The apartment sits on a small private development, on the first floor, overlooking the well-maintained pool and patio area, there are plenty of sunbeds and even a small local bar on the complex. Pool towels are provided, so no need to pack them!
Inside the property there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with king size beds and a further twin room, the family bathroom has a walk in shower and hair dryer available for your use. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and plenty of wardrobe space.
The open plan living area has a comfortable sofa with TV offering international channels, there is a good size dining area, enough for all 6 guests and then a further dining area set on the spacious terrace. The kitchen has all the mod cons including dishwasher, microwave, full oven and hob, and a washing machine is also provided.
The apartment is an idea base if you need to keep in touch with your office whilst taking a break as the internet is very reliable with a speed of 300MB.
