Villa La Mar Deluxe is tastefully decorated in a traditional Spanish style and is equipped with air conditioning in all three bedrooms for the utmost comfort. The spacious living room features a large picture window that frames the fabulous sea views.



The kitchen maintains its traditional charm and comes fully equipped with a breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, and washing machine. The lounge area offers comfortable sofas, another picture window with sea views, limited satellite TV, and WiFi connectivity.



The accommodation is thoughtfully arranged as follows:

A small supermarket is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk away, as well as the nearest beach, which is adjacent to the San Antonio Hotel. Please note that due to its seafront location, access to the property involves a series of steps from the promenade, making it less suitable for individuals with limited mobility or families with young children in pushchairs.
