The room’s bathroom has no box so all the bathroom gets wet when you shower. Besides the bathroom problem is a nice hotel and nice localization.

Nice hotel

It's worth to pay more for the rooms with ocean view; found a cockroach in the room and staff said it was common due to the coconut trees in the back.Also it's hard to go down to the beach with small kids but otherwise it's a nice hotel with good breakfast.I would stay again.

O hotel tem como ponto positivo a localização em cima da falésia com vista incrível. Os funcionários da recepção foram receptivos e agradáveis. Por outro lado, na área do café da manhã, os funcionários são mal humorados, não estão nem um pouco dispostos a servir e ajudar, o atendimento é péssimo e o café da manhã parece largado. Senti que incomodávamos por simplesmente estar tomando café da manhã. Também tivemos problema com o primeiro quarto, que tinha um ar condicionado quebrado e com barulho ensurdecedor. Nossa experiência somente melhorou depois que pagamos upgrade para trocar para o quarto frontal. Os quartos comuns são muito pequenos e precisam de cuidados.

Nossa experiência foi acima do esperado. Maravilhosa. Hotel impecável, atendimento na recepção e no restaurante perfeito. Decoração de bom gosto, adequada para o conforto dos hospedes. Todos os quartos recém reformados, com varanda, rede, e sempre com vista agradável para o jardim ou mar. A área da piscina tem uma belíssima vista mar e para o CHAPADÃO. Da nossa varanda vimos o sol nascer todas as manhãs e anoite a lua cheia também, nascendo no mar e refletindo. Fizemos fotos lindas. Muito obrigada a toda a equipe. Ficamos maravilhados e se voltarmos a Pipa certamente repetiremos esse hotel.

A hospedagem foi muito boa, o hotel é agradável e a equipe atenciosa. Porém, pelo valor da diária, eu esperava mais dos serviços e principalmente do café da manhã, que poderia ter mais variedade e qualidade. Outro ponto a melhorar é o chuveiro: além de sair pouca água, ele queimou na minha última noite, o que foi um inconveniente.

• “Experiência positiva, mas com ruído incômodo

O hotel tem uma vista para o mar deslumbrante, área da piscina agradável e atendimento excelente da equipe (destaque para Francisco, Jeane, da recepção e o garçom Geórgio). Porém, o quarto “com vista para o jardim” tem o banheiro voltado para uma rua movimentada, com cobogós que não isolam o som. Fomos acordados em todas as noites de madrugada por motores em funcionamento, com ruído alto, talvez caminhões de lixo e de caçambas, o que comprometeu bastante o descanso.

Maravilhoso!!!

Hotel incrível, extremamente confortavel, o cafe da manha maravilhoso! A facilidade de descer pra praia pela escada é boa demais, é bem íngreme e um pouco cansativa pra mim que estava gravida, mas nada impossivel! A vista é maravilhosa, o quarto limpo e os funcionários bem cordiais. Fica ha uns 10 min andando do centro.
