Área comum boa! Chalés precisando de manutenção!

A arrumação dos quartos acontece a cada 2 dias! Não há troca de Lençóis ou toalhas! Cobram RS25 se quiser trocar os lençóis. A arrumação do quarto significa só arrumar a cama. Não passam nem um pano no banheiro e não limpam os sanitários. Nosso banheiro quando chegamos cheirava a urina. Os lençóis são velhos e ásperos. O café da manhã tem o básico (ovos mexidos, pão, bolo, fruta, presunto e queijo e suco). A área da piscina é bonitinha e o serviço ali na piscina é muito bom (porque é terceirizado). O atendimento na recepção também foi bom. Todo pagamento tem que ser realizado no momento do Check in. Tínha acertado 50% antes e o restante um amigo que chegaria no dia seguinte iria pagar. Não me deixaram entrar no quarto até eu ter ligado pra esse amigo e o mesmo ter pagado o restante com o cartão. Resumindo... a área em comum da Pousada é ótima! Os chalés (fiquei no 3) precisam de reforma e pintura, bem como de uma renovação para disponibilizarem um mínimo de conforto!!!

Excelente localizaçao perto do centro, muito bom café da manha, funcionarios simpaticos. Os quartos são um pouco antigos, mas limpos e com boa cama e roupa de cama, um pequeno problema com o ar refrigerado que foi solucionado rapidamente. Recomendo

Muito a desejar...

Conheço varias pousadas em Pipa e costumo viajar bastante, por isso espero que tomem minhas críticas como construtivas. O hotel tem uma excelente estrutura, lindo ambiente bucólico e chalés imensos e com bom custo-benefício. Porém vamos a alguns pontos: 1) Wi-Fi - é uma vergonha um hotel hoje em dia não possuir Wi-Fi. O do hotel só pega na recepção , ao invés de ter um repetidor para os chalés . Inadmissível pois trabalho à distância e preciso de internet 24h por dia. 2) limpeza- precária. Absolutamente tudo no meu chalé estava sujo. Chão, talheres, copos, cama, isso sem falar que não há serviço de quarto diariamente. O chalé fede a Madeira velha e uma das portas do banheiro simplesmente caiu. A geladeira fedia não sei nem dizer a que, de tão horrível! 3) café da manhã - bem fraquinho, com pouca diversidade, sem comidas típicas. 4) a tv só pega 1 canal, a Globo, é muito mal. Na verdade nem é uma tbm, é um monitor 14 polegadas de pc Considerando o preço do hotel, não esperava nada 5 estrelas, então tou citando apenas uns pontos bem básicos e baratos de se resolver, uma vez que uma repetidora de Wi-Fi, um plano de tv por assinatura dos mais básicos, umas comidinhas típicas é uma camareira resolveriam e o hotel teria muito a ganhar e se diferenciar.
