O hotel é uma delicia, bem aconchegante. Quarto estava sempre limpo. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos, sempre dispostos a nos ajudar em tudo que precisamos. Dona Neuza (a dona da pousada) é uma querida, nos recebeu muito bem. Nos deram dicas de passeios e locais para ir. Café da manhã com bastante opção e o que não tinha servido, eles nos levavam até a mesa. A localização é boa, cerca de 10/15 minutos andando já está no centrinho, tem restaurantes, lojas, farmácias barzinhos e acesso a praia por perto.

Já havia me hospedado em outra oportunidade na pousada e resolvi ficar novamente, pois, tive uma excelente experiência da primeira vez. Mas, não foi uma boa escolha. Acredito que a pousada xamã comprou a antiga pousada caliandra que ficava ao lado e integrou as duas pousadas. Desta forma ficando apenas com o nome da Xamã. Fiquei em um quarto econômico e fui direcionado para antiga pousada e me deparei com algumas situações desagradáveis: No corredor para o quarto estava cheio de poeira e degetos de largatixas, ar condicionado velho, TV com uma faixa azul na tela, banheiro com janela quebrada, pia da torneira quebrada, a vazão do chuveiro era pouca, parecia uma bica. Fiquei sem acreditar, porque não era essa imagem que tinha da pousada. Os únicos pontos positivos são as piscinas, área comum e o café da manhã. Funcionários não são simpáticos. Obs. Os quartos da pousada xamã são ótimos, entretanto, esses quartos que eram da pousada caliandra não são.

Hotel bom, mas tratamento ruim, não de funcionario

Pousada em si é ótima, tivemos problema com ar condicionado na primeira noite, depois fizeram “uma manutenção” e não resolveu, daí quando solicitei pra trocar de quarto fui informado que estava lotado e daí me arrumaram um ar portátil; no café da manhã tem uma das donas, uma senhora muito solicitada mas ao mesmo tempo muito inconveniente, algumas atitudes dela frente aos hóspedes me deixou constrangido, ela fala sem pensar muito e acaba chateando algumas pessoas; no dia do meu checkout foi o pior, meu carro estava no estacionamento do hotel, minha namorada foi para a portaria e eu pelo acesso dos fundos do hotel que dá no estacionamento, para guardar as malas, quando essa senhora me viu na recepção me deu uma bronca, dizendo que temos que entrar e sair pela porta da frente e de preferência acompanhado por alguém do hotel, fiquei muito irritado naquela hora pois senti como se estivessem desconfiando de eu sair sem pagar, detalhe, só faltava o consumo, TUDO já estava pago… em respeito a idade preferi não discutir, paguei minha conta e pretendo NUNCA MAIS me hospedar ali, Pipa tem muitas opções e o tratamento pessoal faz toda diferença… respeito a idade e o jeito de ser daquela senhora, mas não somos obrigados a suportar esse tipo de tratamento em momentos de lazer que buscamos estar em paz, buscamos nos desligar dos problemas do dia a dia e não queremos nem gostaríamos de passar por momentos e situações como a acima citado ☹️☹️
