Falhas estruturais e operacionais

O hotel tem grande potencial e uma estrutura magnífica, com tudo para proporcionar descanso e conforto. Justamente por isso, foi frustrante vivenciar tantos transtornos. Nosso chalé apresentava goteira na sala, internet sem funcionar e cortinas com mofo. Apenas a cortina foi retirada. Passamos dois dias reclamando da internet e da goteira, sem solução. Solicitei mosquiteiro para o berço da minha filha e disseram que não havia. Ela foi picada por insetos e precisou de medicação. Só após ir pessoalmente à recepção o item foi localizado e entregue — tarde demais. O chalé também não tinha rede nem almofadas na varanda, ao contrário dos demais. Apenas as almofadas foram entregues. Galhos grandes caíram na trilha de acesso, comprometendo a segurança. Além disso, nos garantiram que não havia Uber na região e acionaram táxis para nós, sem uso de taxímetro. Depois verificamos que o Uber funcionava normalmente e cobrava cerca de um terço do valor. Diante da persistência da goteira e da constatação de que o roteador da internet estava quebrado, fomos transferidos na última diária para um chalé melhor — o que amenizou um pouco os transtornos. Por outro lado, a equipe de limpeza e os funcionários dos chalés foram excelentes: aqueceram a comida da nossa filha, ajudaram com bagagens e foram sempre prestativos. O café da manhã é farto, a limpeza impecável e o bar da piscina muito agradável. Com mais atenção ao acolhimento e à solução dos problemas, o hotel tem muito a oferecer.

Faltou uma rede no quarto.

Sempre muito bom! Ficamos na casa B. Únicos problemas dessas vez foram que sentimos falta de uma rede e de mais mobília externa. Os banheiros apesar de recém reformados estão com problemas hidráulicos.

Refúgio em Pipa

Muito bom hotel, proposta de ser um refúgio zen em Pipa. Bom café da manhã e restaurante, ficamos em uma das casas que é muito confortável com piscinas e quartos muito boas. O único problema que tivemos foi com o escoamento da água no box de um dos quartos que transbordava bastante… Chama a atenção tb a questão de parte do hotel estar numa encosta bem íngreme q pode dificultar para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção, apesar deles terem um carro que auxilia.
