Paid 237 with included 75 dollar non refundable pet fee. Which is OUTRAGEOUS FOR ONE NIGHT! Walking in the lobby is very clean, decorated, sparkling, I was impressed. Nice guest check in. Get to my room which I got a suite! With a king , that includes a room and living room connection with pull out for the kids. It smelt, like a litter box, as you got closer to the king bed room the stench got worse- definitely was coming from the bathroom. The best way to describe how grungy everything was is like saying you checked into a motel 6. There is stains on the hand towels I’ll include a picture bevause I couldn’t believe it. Stains on chairs, couch, piles of hair in the corner, dirty door knobs- I had seen and smelt enough! We just drove ( hours and laid 300!! I call ( dirty smudged brown stains on phone btw) to complain and the “best the can do is give me free breakfast” they tell me they can’t any other room or rooms to switch. We are a party of 5. I said why would I want to eat your food , I’m disgusted with the room- no way would I eat here! The lady said she would try talking to her night manager again and call back. I said I just want a clean room! She calls back to offer I smaller room that she says she can’t give me a refund for since I booked it third party or any money back.
The new room we walk in and it obviously was sprayed with air freshener. Still grungey! Not what you’d expect a Hilton to be! And it’s still dirty! Not happy and complete rip off!!
