This is a Wyndham Hotel but they would not give us any reward points because it was booked through Expedia even though we tried to book through Microtel 3 times at this location and each time was redirected to Expedia. The elevator wasn’t working and we were given the 3rd floor - difficult given we’re seniors over 73. They did offer someone to bring our bags up. The Tv didn’t work so we had to have someone come and fix that which they did. There is no frig or microwave. There were no cups provided for coffee or other refreshments and no bag for the ice bucket. Breakfast was pathetic. The juice machine was broken as well as the pancake maker. The bread selection was white or whole wheat bread. Thankfully there was cereal and some fruit. No proteins like cream cheese or peanut butter. Met a woman who had bed bugs in her bed.

Our 2nd room was across from elevator therefore every sound spooked our dog. I understand things break but during the night elevator quit but no signage on 2nd or 3rd floor so everyone was waiting for elevator to arrive. Staff barely spoke English, veryvery difficult to understand. Entire hotel looked wore out. Overall very piss poor experience.

The elevator broke for the evening and we were told it would be working in the morning. The elevator was not fixed in the morning and there were no signs posted on the upper two floors for people to know that they were not working. When this was brought to the attention of the front desk, there wasn't a great response. Also, there was next to no breakfast food available and the room itself was in poor condition - paint pealing on woodwork, cushions shredding, etc. We were disappointed and will not return to that property when visiting our friends in the area. The only friendly staff was a woman who tried to recommend a good restaurant the evening we arrived.

The whole building is not really new and clean. The custom service is bad. Indians do offer any good serive. Breakfast almost has nothing but bread. I want not call it as " Brakfast "

Hotel was very run down and needing to be updated. Elevator was not working. Room had black stuff on all the mirrors and the shower fixture. The beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast consisted of cereal, bread, apple and banana, coffee, milk and juice.

I didn’t enjoy it but didn’t hate it either

The front desk clerk was not friendly at all. The room was average and the window was broken which is evidence that some kind of altercation had taken place at some point in time. But on the bright side, the bed was really comfy.

The front desk clerk Lilly was really nice and welcoming. Our room and lobby area was clean. The cons were that it smelled like Marijuana in the hallway, you can hear every foot step of the guest above you, we were woken up at 6am by the vibrating phone in the room next to us because the walls are so thin and then woken up again at 9:30 by housekeeping opening the door asking if we needed towels. Why these hotels bother you before check out is beyond me. Other than that it was a cheap place to crash for the night. No flares, nothing special. Breakfast was cereal and bread as far as i can tell. Not sure if they had more to offer.

Has the potential to be a good property I believe most of it is to blame on maintenance. I was moved to three different rooms and each room had a problem with something falling apart. Second floor also had an odor I just would not recommend

Eyes burning

The entire hotel smelled as if someone was cooking Indian spiced foods... It burned my eyes... It was so bad I was ready to go find another hotel, if it was for my reservation being non refundable... The breakfast was non existent.. good thing the packaged oatmeal was not dated.. no juice available... Just poor.....
