Apartment 'El Pià' with Lake View and Private Garden

The holiday apartment 'El Pià' awaits you on the Tignale plateau, 400 meters above lake level, with a splendid view of Lake Garda, which is about 7 km away. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, preferably children, a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. It can accommodate 3 or 4 people. Additional amenities include a TV and a washing machine. Upon prior request, a cot and a high chair are also available.



The apartment offers a large shared garden, ideal for relaxing in the morning. There is also a bicycle shelter in the attached cellars. The village has a well-stocked minimarket, a partner bar-pizzeria, a restaurant, and a hairdresser, all about 200 meters away. The beaches are 7 km away, or, heading towards the center, you will find an ATM and a pharmacy.



Free public street parking is available. Smoking and parties are not allowed. Pets are permitted for an extra fee upon request. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available in the apartment, but Wi-Fi is accessible at the reception and the property’s bar.



Upon arrival at reception, you will receive information and discounts for guests. If needed, heating is available upon request and for an extra fee. The property follows guidelines for proper waste separation and has installed water-saving devices. Upon arrival, the tourist tax for guests over 14 years must be paid.
