Apartment Oleandro Casa Demonti with Mountain View, Pool, Terrace & Wi-Fi

Two-room apartment located on the ground floor and consisting of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a covered veranda and a large enclosed private garden. In the flat there is LED TV (flat screen) with satellite reception, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge and freezer, American and Italian espresso coffee machine, toaster, crockery), clothes rack, safe and wi-fi connection (unlimited internet). Dogs are welcome, the flat has a large private and fenced garden where your pets can stay safely. The private garden is approximately 200 square metres in size. There is a private barbecue and a private solar shower.

THE SPACE The house consists of 4 flats. There is a washing machine common to all flats. For all guests there is a large garden behind the house with a 7x4 metre swimming pool. There is private parking on the property. The communal car park and the swimming pool have 24-hour video surveillance.



SELF CHECK-IN PROCEDURES: With self check-in everything is much easier and you have no time constraints! You will be sent instructions on how to check in online. After check-in you will be sent instructions on how to collect the keys yourself, in a combination box outside the flat. You must have a document (ID card or passport) for each person staying in the flat, according to Italian law, and children under the age of 18 can only stay if accompanied by a parent.

All guests will be given a free "TIGNALE CARD". The "TIGNALE CARD" gives free access to the town's main attractions, organised walks and Nordic walking, children's games and workshops and baby parking, tastings and offers discounts on many other organised activities.
