Casa Lena is located in the Poggio del Garda residential complex overlooking the historic centre of the hamlet of Piovere, and is a 50 sqm flat with a beautiful view of Lake Garda.
The flat has been recently renovated and furnished, the kitchen is equipped with an induction hob with 4 burners, microwave oven and fridge with freezer. It has a double bedroom, a small room with 2 beds and a sofa bed in the living room.
From the living room-kitchen there is access to the large terrace, equipped with sun umbrella, chairs and table, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of Lake Garda, the historic centre of the hamlet, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes, and the Tignale plateau.
The structure is equipped with air conditioning (summer - winter) and can accommodate up to 4/6 people. There is also satellite TV, wifi and private parking space adjacent to the entrance. The property is 50 metres from a swimming pool, which guests can use free of charge from 01.06. to 10.09., during the rest of the year it is accessible for a fee. All guests will also be provided with a promotional "Tignale Card", which allows them to benefit from free admission to the "Pra dela Fam" Limonaia Museum, the shuttle bus connection to the port of Tignale and numerous discounts at affiliated facilities. The owner is also the owner of an agritourism (accommodation nr. 600647, accommodation nr. 600747 and accommodation nr. 600748) and will give all guests the opportunity to visit the farm, located just a few metres from the flat, to enjoy the barbecue area and to taste her extra virgin olive oil. It is possible to apply for the Tignale Card to have services offered in the area free of charge or with discounts.
Tignale is a small hamlet of 150 people and is the ideal place for those who want to have a peaceful holiday in close contact with nature. It is possible to practice many eco-friendly sports such as trekking, mountain biking, sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and canyoning. The port of Tignale is only 3 km from the hamlet. Here there is a bar with a beach equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and it is possible to take kite and other water sports courses.
