The holiday bungalow is situated 500 m above Lake Garda, with a beautiful view of the lake and Monte Baldo. A picturesque place for a relaxing holiday in the vast landscape of the "Alto Garda" nature park, with the healthy climate of a climatic health resort, a wide range of recreational activities and down-to-earth, creative food.The property is located in the "Villagio di Sunclass Tignale" holiday park with well-landscaped bungalows on the terraces of a former fruit-growing area. A short path with steps leads from the car park to the bungalow, which is quiet and car-free above a group of houses. In the park there is an administration office with reception and a supervised and heated swimming pool (approx. 1 km from the house). The surrounding nature park offers excellent hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Gardola, the main town of the municipality of Tignale with all shopping facilities and good restaurants, is approx. 2 km away. Lake Garda with its extensive bathing and water sports facilities is approx. 9 km from the house. The nearest settlements on the lakeshore are the beautiful old towns of Gargnano, Villa and Limone.

The house is friendly and holiday-friendly. An open, sunny living, dining and cooking area faces south towards the lake. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and plenty of crockery. There is a TV and other media in the living area and free WiFi is included. Two small bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds, as well as a shower room complete the 60 m² living space. There are two terraces in front of the bungalow, the main terrace facing south with a view of the lake and a covered veranda overlooking the garden. Garden furniture, parasol and barbecue are available.

The picturesque garden was designed by the owner, a landscape architect, himself and is maintained in a natural way. The main feature is an olive grove ("Oliveto"), with an underplanting of lavender and irises as well as other typical Mediterranean plants of the Lake Garda region.

From the terrace you have a view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo, the bungalow is surrounded by mountains and woods (nature park), the property is completely quiet and car-free,
