A studio apartment with kitchenette in a separate room on the first floor, consisting of a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a communal swimming pool. In the flat there is an LED TV (flat screen) with satellite reception, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge and freezer, Italian espresso machine, toaster, crockery), clothes rack, safe and wi-fi connection.

THE SPACE The house consists of 4 flats. There is a washing machine common to all flats. For all guests there is a large garden behind the house with a 7x4-metre swimming pool. There is private parking on the property. The communal car park and the swimming pool have 24-hour video surveillance.

SELF CHECK-IN PROCEDURES: With self check-in everything is much easier and you have no time constraints! You will be sent instructions on how to check in online. After check-in you will be sent instructions on how to collect the keys yourself, in a combination box outside the flat. You must have a document (ID card or passport) for each person staying in the flat, according to Italian law, and children under the age of 18 can only stay if accompanied by a parent.

All guests will be given a free "TIGNALE CARD". The "TIGNALE CARD" gives free access to the town's main attractions, organised walks and Nordic walking, children's games and workshops and baby parking, tastings and offers discounts on many other organised activities.
