The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and flows naturally into the living area. A bathroom and a separate WC complete the facilities on this floor.
On the upper floor, a large children's room of 15 m2 features sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 120 cm to 230 cm, a panoramic window, and an internal window overlooking the living room.
