The holiday flat is located in a detached house built in 1991, was renovated in 2015 and is furnished in a modern style. The residence is popular also due to its quiet location. The following are available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, campfire area and courtyard.

Tihany. The holiday apartement is located on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the street in front of the house. There is a charging station for electric cars in the village (350 m).

Air conditioning, central heating (gas, wood/coal). Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, ironing board and washing machine. Television reception via cable. German, English. Italian, Dutch. The accommodation has hypoallergenic pillows.
