Sucio, descuidado y con mal olor

Después de mas de 8 años de hospedarnos en el mismo hotel, esta fue la ultima. Cada ves encontramos mas descuidado y sucio los cuartos. Desde que entramos al cuarto se sintió un mal olor, encontramos el piso sucio y cerca de la cama, pedazos de hot Cheetos enmohecido, lo que significa que ni siquiera habían barrido en algún tiempo. En el piso de la entrada de la regadera había EXCESO de moho que tuve que limpiar con toallitas humedecidas que uso para mi bebe. El lavamanos está parcialmente tapado y no se podia usar apropiadamente. Es una lastima ver como esta tan desatendido y va empeorando día con día y nadie le pone importancia.

The hotel is great and in a great location close to everything from shopping to eating. Know there’s a bridge so you can go walking to the mall. Very convenient. I like this place the only thing is the parking is not that big specially for a truck. Other than that is a great place to stay.

I love the coffee shop in front of property. Local food truck vendors walking distance. Lion Fish restaurant on the side (my favorite restaurant in TJ!). And not to mention, the flower stand in front of hotel. Everything was just perfect for us.

The main problem was the limited parking, the previous stays never had an issue. I was unsatisfied with the limited parking and the reception offered to cancel my reservation. she stated the person responsible for the parking was the security men. her solution to the problem was to cancel my reservation “pretty much telling us to go somewhere else” what a joke! I guess in the future i gotta leave my car somewhere else lol. On top of that she was too busy answering her text messages then welcoming the guests!!!
