Always a great time at Hotel Grand One. Friendly staff that will always get you a couple of extra complimentary waters. Hotel Grand One is in a great and very safe location. I stay there about two or three times a year.

All staff from front desk and room nice and clean, but 1 thing I disappointed it I went up to restaurant asked for plastic folk or spoon they were waiters they looked at each other and said did not have, and I saw there plastic folks and spoon at the counter. I was not going to get for free i intend to tip the waiters as well . Thank you

Service is really good and rooms are Clean ! The only thing that I didn’t like is the noise… I got woken up at 2am and 6am by loud guest. I don’t blame that on actual Hotel but it was annoying. Overall, I like the hotel.
