The heat /ac combo didn’t work if is cold in the night be sure to get a extra blanket cuz u gonna be cold , the maintenance try to fix and didn’t make work all this happens in all the rooms

Water went out and couldnt shower. Place is extremely loud, we were not able to sleep at all. Staff walks around outside of hitel with loud walkie talkies at random hours of the night.

I would like to give a better review however, the room was smelling really bad, like if someone peed all over the place. Also, the valet parking lost the keys and I had to wait a long time until they found them.
