There were no toiletries, including towels. I called several times to request towels, soap etc. I was advised by the front desk that the items had been sent when I initially called right after check in. I finally got the towels, but they were dirty and ripped.

Our stay was very good, until my last day when I was packing and I noticed 3 of my belongings were missing. I had a brand new item of jewelry I purchased on my trip gone. A pair of pants. And part of my keychain on my luggage gone as well. I stayed for a little over a week and I didn’t notice until my last day. The food, room, amenities & service was all very nice but I don’t condone or appreciate stealing peoples belongings. It is very telling of people’s character. I’m not sure who would have done this but it made me feel very uneasy because my passport & important documents were also in the room and they could have been stolen too. I would have recommended this hotel to other people but not anymore. I’m sad to have to leave this review because the place is very nice. Stealing is never okay.
