To start you can only park one vehicle per room and the staff does not help with finding additional parking as we arrived in two different vehicles. We reserved the penthouse thinking we could relax in the private jacuzzi and look outside but we got one room that has an old jacuzzi bathtub hidden in the bathroom making the extra expense for a penthouse useless. One male staff member said he would see what he could do about this and call me but never did so I believe this was just a way to keep me from complaining. Final reason I wouldn’t stay here again is the clubs close by play musi until 4am that is so load the bass vibrates the walls. I figured being close it would be loud but did not know it went to 4am
