This hotel is convenient but OMG the rooms are hot and there’s no AC , but I think the worst part is the check-in process EXTREMELY LONG AND SLOW!!! Be prepared to be standing waiting for your room for at least 30 mins, it’s ridiculous!!

Didn't like that the amenities described on their expedia account said mini fridge and when we got into our room there wasn't one and was told by reception that the penthouse doesn't have any. Also room fan kept making a grinding noise on the morning before we checked out so we got woken up by it. I'd probably never stay here again.

Nice for a quick getaway.

Festival is a bit tucked away behind some shops, so it took a moment to find, but once inside, it was a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is nice and welcoming. Service was decent—not exceptional, but everything we needed was taken care of. The rooms are very small, but surprisingly comfortable. While there’s no air conditioning, they do provide a fan, and opening the window let in a refreshing ocean breeze, which made the room feel great. At night, once the nearby club music stopped, we fell asleep to the soothing sound of the waves—it was incredibly relaxing. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again. It’s a great spot for a cozy beach getaway in Rosarito.

There was a club right next to our hotel that played their music until 5 in the morning. Not family friendly, although staff was nice. Beach was also crowded. Too many vendors. No amenities in the hotel except for the pool. Couldn’t sleep because of noise would not stay here again.
