This is my second stay and I highly recommend to others. The food here is INCREDIBLE. The staff was extremely accommodating when I needed to reschedule my stay after having multiple flight cancelations. Room was very clean. I will say that the best part of this hotel is their staff. They are professional while still being personable and kind.

Great staff at the hotel lobby, like Robert, Oscar & Juan Carlos to name a few. Very clean property, parking lot security is very safe. Pablo, parking lot attendant is very helpful with the rest of the team for vehicles to be watched 24/7 while you stay at this awesome property. I’ll definitely continue to stay here when visiting, Tijuana.
