I loved my stay until the very end, when I asked the lady at the front desk to break a US$20 bill so I could tip the valet parker. I told her it would be okay to give me half dollars and half pesos. She gave me US$12 and 100 pesos back, which makes it approximately US$16.87. Trust is huge when traveling to other countries, and this person totally blew it. Had I not made this communication with her, it would have been a 5-star review.

I’ve stayed here a total of 7 nights. Pros: It’s clean and the staff is nice. They have room service and a nice rooftop area. Cons: you can hear everything from the hallway and the room doesn’t get pitch dark. I would stay here again

I recommend staying here.

The room was clean and comfortable. A small refrigerador and bottled water was included. The terrace had two hot tubs and a bar. The secure parking for guests was great, not having to worry about your car. This hotel was a very short walk to Revolución where all the nightlife is. Very convenient if you're planning to party. My only complaint is we were given 1 room card for two occupants and wanted to charge extra for the second key. We were able to talk nice and they didn't charge. I would stay here again. Thumbs up.
