We really enjoyed our stay. The most friendliest staff. They are so nice and welcoming. The property is clean and well maintained. Food is great and the drinks were delicious. We have stayed here before and will be back again. Our only complaint is the AC unit did not work and the shower didn’t get hot. But it wasn’t ice cold.

The room they assigned me had a broken window and the room was located next to a night club. The noise from the music from that place came through the window, it was very loud. The noise stopped at 8am, exactly when I had to checked-out. I was only there for one night. They need to fix that window. The bathroom didn't have basic things like shampoo, hair conditioner, or hand lotion. The cost of the room is over $100.00. At least they should provide basic hygiene products.

Very comfortable hotel to stay in, very clean, safe and quiet hotel, you have the tacos in the corner, and mercado hidalgo! This is outmr 2nd time staying at this hotel never had a problem, 2nd time we had issues only with the iron, wasn't working, my partner and i had a date night, needed to iron our clothes called front office, took a while to bring a working iron, by the time they were on there way bringing the Iron we were already walking to the elevator, wearing another outfit thy didn't need iron! Had to make an exception to wear another outfit that wasn't expected for that date night! But other than that i give an excellent service!
