We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was clean and comfortable. The description of "bay view" in listed is stretching things a little. The hot tub was great and the pool table was fun.

Good stay with an asterisk

As of 6/22, they have remodeled, and there is no longer a crib. This was difficult to deal with, as it was featured in two pictures on the listing and we didn't bring ours for this reason, and had to sleep on the floor with our 18 month old night 1 of 4. The indoor stairs (not featured in the photos) are steep and slick, very difficult to navigate while carying a grumpy toddler down to their nap/bedtime. One of us did fall on the second to last step going downstairs (not carrying baby and no serious injury other than to pride). The full bath is upstairs next to the living room. 2300 square feet is a lie, everything is small, maybe 1300 at Also the beach access is to a stone beach, you'll have to go up the bank about 1/4 mile for sand. That all being said, Vacasa did provide a pack and play on night 2 which met our needs (although it did require some persistence as they were resistant to believing it was not there on night 1), and the overall ambiance is charming, we got excellent use of the pool table. All-in-all the negatives are mostly associated with the management of the listing. I've had similar issues in the past with Vacasa; overpromise and underdeliver should be their slogan. There is always a disconnect between them and the property causing a disruptive inconvenience. If you have a toddler, make sure you bring a baby gate for those stairs, we had to buy one.

Good location convenient to Netarts bay

This is a rear unit of a duplex. The view of the bay is good from the driveway but not so much from the living area. Otherwise, a roomy and comfortable place to stay. Be aware that the bathroom is upstairs from the bedrooms which may be an issue for some but wasn't for me. Its a very short walk down the hill to the beach and not much further is the Schooner restaurant.
