This is an Oceanfront unit, on the lower level on the South side. As noted in some reviews, the parking lot can be a little tight, and can occasionally be full (there are ten spaces for the ten units, but parking is not assigned). There is street parking immediately in front of the building, and plentiful parking about a block to the North across from the Blue Agate Cafe.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Oceanside Beach. Laundry facilities are available. A kitchen and a TV are available in the condo.
