This home is nestled in a peaceful forest setting, steps from the beach. Because of the natural surroundings, it's common to see local wildlife—including deer, elk, raccoons, eagles, etc. Please secure the trash and do not leave food outside.

No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home.
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in advance.
Cell service may be spotty due to the remote location, but Wi-Fi is provided.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM out of respect for neighbors and the serene environment.
