Student Grey Apartment w/ Full ammenities. Spacious 2 room Balcony

A spacious and unique space hosted by Ospitalier. Located by the Bega riverside in the Student neighborhood this apartment offers full ammenities and great style.



Enjoy the large balcony and the comfy sofas, plus the queen size bed that will make your sleep perfect.



Welcome to Student Grey Apartment! The Student Grey apartment is generous space size. It can accomodate up to 4 people, with 1 queen size bed and 2 sofas, and plenty of space to not bump into each other.



You enter into a hallway with kitchen up front, living room on the left side, and bedroom and bathroom on the right.



In the bedroom you`re gonna find a generous queen size bed (160x200cm) with a firm pocket spring mattress.



A mirror and a big dresser are also present in the bedroom. Iron and ironing board can be found in the big dresser. We plan to add a TV to the bedroom in the next month.



The kitchen is fully equipped, with stove, oven, freezer, fridge, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee machine (works with nespresso and nescafe dolce gusto capsules), pots and pans, cuttlery, all the usual ustensils, and even a dishwasher (capsules underneath the kitchen sink).



The washing machine is also present in the kithen - some free detergent capsules under the sink, on top of the dishwasher.



The dining area is in the kitchen with space and chairs for 4 people.



The only thing not working in the kitchen is the stove hood, but it`s getting replaced.



The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a water boiler for almost instant hot water. It`s usually set for 40 degrees Celcius, but feel free to change the settings if you need hotter water.



Towel sets (one big and one for face and hands) are provided for you and for each person in the reservation. A hair dryer is also present in the bathroom (underneath the sink).



You can find toothpaste, body soap and shower gel prepared for you in the bathroom. Also a broom is present behind the door.



The living room has 2 sofas for you that can double up as beds. A TV with over 100 digital channels is placed in front of the big sofa.



A dedicated working space, with a small desk and a nice adjustable chair you can find in the living next to the windows.



You have access to the balcony from the living room.

The entire home is available for guests. A dresser on the hallway (with supplies) is marked as private.



Access to the apartment is done via stairs or Elevator.

Located in the Student Neighborhood by the Bega Riverside, this apartment is close to Universities, but also parks and restaurants.



The neighborhood offers a plethora of dining options all within a 5 minute walk, a few night clubs, a 24/7 market (Daliei street) and the Bega riverside.



The City Center is 15 minutes away.



A car is not necessary, with lots of attractions within walking distance. The closest public transport station is across the street.



Street parking is available at 3.57 EUR per day, yellow zone, but for late arrivals (after 7pm) parking can be challenging.



In theory free parking also exist, if you enter the back streets and reach the building yard, but open spots are extremly hard to find. It`s advisable to leave the phone number on the dashboard, in case some neighboors can`t manoeuvre around your car.



Street parking is free on the weekends, and daily after 8pm until 8am.



No smoking inside please. A balcony is available for smoking.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find a fitness center, laundry facilities, and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.

Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this Timisoara apartment.
