Equipped with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom - of course with access to the balcony (from the end of 2019) .The apartment is newly renovated, suitable for allergy sufferers and first class. With much love and dedication, we have conjured holiday apartments and suites with a unique atmosphere - really to feel good, • From 2020 our comfortable apartments will have balconies! Of course we will not do the construction during your stay. The apartment house is closed during the construction! We are looking forward to offer you the perfect apartments in a prime location!The location of our apartment house is unique: in the middle of Timmendorfer beach and yet in a quiet location and just 150 meters from the sandy beach and 50 meters from the promenade of the spa park - in the immediate vicinity beautiful restaurants, cafes and shopping opportunities!Leisure activities such as mini golf, bike rental and a large outdoor chess field are almost right outside the door. The Sealife and the Ostseetherme are within walking distance. So everything for a perfect holiday - locally.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 22:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock. Parking is available for a fee.
