We have dreamed about a villa in this neighborhood for a long time and then it has felt into our realm.

Freshly refurbished, well thought and designed, done with our hearts.

The villa was built on a 5000 square meter land on the top of a little hill in the middle of the vineyards!

The space:
When you step in the gate you will find yourself on the terrace with mesmerizing vineyard view all around the volcanic mountains.

From there one level below is the pool area alongside the terrace that passing through you will find the BBQ area, a dinning table for six, outside furniture and on the far right side the entrance of the house and the left side (in front of the entrance) the stairs to the pool area.

You will step into the lounge/hall from where all the rooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen are opening, except one bedroom and the dining room. Those are accessible from the living room from where looking over the vineyard underneath the windows you can see the ocean with the Famara massif in the background.


Guest access:
You will have access to everything privately.


Other things to note:
The property is within the protected landscape of La Geria, that makes it unmatched. During the refurbishment and design we took that into consideration and that's why we have chosen materials like natural micro-cement, wood, and other natural materials.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
