In the middle of the black volcanic landscape near the west coast of Lanzarote is the 100m2 large holiday home "Finca La Costa" on the outskirts of the village in an idyllic and quiet location.



The holiday home, built in the typical style of the island and comfortably furnished, has a living room with a cosy sofa, a well equipped kitchen with dining area, stove, oven and fridge/freezer, 3 bedrooms, two of them with a double bed each, the third with 2 single beds as well as a bathroom and offers space for 6 persons.



The facilities also include Wi-Fi, heating, washing machine and a television.



The outside area is particularly attractively designed and equipped and is certainly one of the highlights of your holiday on Lanzarote:



In the garden there is a private whirlpool at your disposal. Beautiful green areas, an outdoor barbecue, a discreet night lighting of the complex - here you can end your holidays in a relaxed way. A telescope is also available for nightly observations of the starry sky. The view from this holiday home ranges from the volcanic cones to the coast and the sea, creating an inimitable atmosphere during your stay.



Within a radius of 1 - 1,5 km there are several supermarkets, which can be reached on foot in about a quarter of an hour. You will find a large selection of restaurants within a radius of about 700 - 1500 m.

In approx. 12 minutes by car you can reach the small natural beach Playa Mejías, which is mostly visited by locals. The drive to the bigger beach Playa de Famara takes a few minutes longer. The quieter beaches of the east coast are about half an hour away by car.

The airport of Lanzarote is about 20 km or 25 minutes drive away.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.
