This beautiful modern house is an ideal choice for a quality and peaceful vacation.



The cottage is beautifully furnished in a modern style and offers plenty of content for children and family. Thanks to underfloor heating throughout the house is comfortable even on cooler days. On hot days, the air conditioning provides cooling. The house is spread over one floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet, a dining kitchen and a living area.



From the living room you can access the terrace and the sun deck with pool. On the covered terrace with garden and lounge furniture it is wonderful to relax with a cool drink. The children will love the many activity options and games such as the slide, the playhouse or the swing.

Hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Diese Villa ist ein Traum und mit allem ausgestattet um es sich gut gehen zu lassen.Absolut ruhig direkt am Wald gelegen. Perfekt zum Wandern, Radfahren oder für den Hund. Die größeren Städte am Meer wie Porec, Rovinj oder auch Pula sind alle nach einer kurzen Autofahrt erreichbarEin unfassbar gutes Restaurant ist auch in der Nähe (Konoba Danijeli)Besten Dank an die nette und immer erreichbare Gastgeberin Dušanka

Wir waren 14 Tage in dem wirklich sehr schönen Ferienhaus.

Wir waren 14 Tage in dem wirklich sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Es gab ein paar technische Probleme, die aber von den Eigentümern super schnell behoben wurden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette Leute, die uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen haben. Auch die direkten Nachbarn sind überaus freundlich und herzlich. Gefehlt hat leider das Klettergerüst mit Rutsche und Schaukel, das steht zwar auf dem Nachbargrundstück ist aber nicht mehr intakt. Auch das Trampolin ist zwar vor Ort, aber wir haben es lieber nicht mehr genutzt. Das war schade, weil die Kinder sich darauf schon gefreut hatten. Die Einfahrt zum Haus ist für " fortgeschrittene" Autofahrer, insbesondere wenn man vorwärts rein gefahren ist und rückwärts wieder raus muss ;-) alles in allem ein sehr schönes Häuschen mit viel Komfort und in absolut ruhiger Lage: -)
