Welcome to SA LOVOR, one of two charming 4-star studio apartments located on the first floor of Villa Lipa Draga in the tranquil village of Kringa, nestled in the heart of Central Istria. This scenic retreat offers the perfect base to explore the stunning coastal towns of Poreč, Vrsar, and Rovinj, while immersing yourself in the lush, green landscapes of inland Istria.

Set on the edge of the village and surrounded by greenery, SA LOVOR invites you to unwind with beautiful forest views, or get active by walking or cycling along the many scenic trails around Kringa. The central location makes it ideal for day trips to Istria’s coast, charming hilltop towns, vineyards, and olive groves.

Spanning approximately 30 m², SA LOVOR features everything you need for a comfortable stay:
Sleeping area: Queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm).
Kitchen & dining area: Fully equipped, with a dining table (118 x 78 cm).
Private bathroom.
Balcony: Includes outdoor table (78 x 58 cm), perfect for morning coffee or evening wine.
Amenities: A/C for summer, floor heating for winter, and high-speed WiFi throughout.
As part of the Eco Domus Programme by the Istria County Department of Tourism, Villa Lipa Draga proudly holds the label of Eco-Friendly Accommodation. It is also recognized as a ConsumelessMed Companion, promoting sustainable Mediterranean tourism.
