Central Istria is a real oasis of peace, ideal for a family vacation full of memories. Near the village of Kringa, there is a newly built Villa St. Martina that will delight you with its peaceful location, large swimming pool and the nature that surrounds it.
The villa is designed in such a way that it can host up to 10 persons, in all 240 m² motifs of Istria are outlined in stone pillars, warm colors and rustic furniture. The kitchen, which is located on the ground floor, contributes to the feeling of warmth and home. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, next to it there is a large wooden dining table where you will spend your mornings drinking coffee. The spacious ground floor has a comfortable couch and armchair with a TV.
The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 are on the ground floor, and the other 2 are on the first floor of the villa. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and each has its own richly equipped bathroom with showers.
A spacious gardenwill provide you with a real vacation in nature, a large pool of 50 m² is ideal for morning exercises and swimming, and to give you additional rest, the pool is equipped with hydromassage jets. The scents of lavender and other Mediterranean herbs will relax you while you lie on the comfortable deckchairs. The villa has its own gym and summer kitchen with a large stone grill.
