Villa Sv. Anna is located in the village of Radetići, in the interior of Istria. This modern villa has everything you need for a pleasant stay with friends or family. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people.



The interior of the villa covers 240 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor you will be greeted by a modern, bright space for relaxing and dining. The living room has a large sofa, ideal for an afternoon nap or family movie night. In the same room you will find a dining table with 8 seats. In a separate room you will find a modern kitchen with clean lines, fully equipped to prepare a variety of meals. In addition to all kinds of kitchen appliances, there is also a large refrigerator for storing food.



Villa Sv. Anna has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, all equipped with double beds, and 1 room has its own bathroom. The rooms are pleasant, spacious, with lots of furniture for storing your belongings. 1 bedroom has access to a balcony with a sitting area and, wait for it - a telescope for observing the starry Istrian sky! Of the 2 bathrooms in the villa, 1 is on the ground floor, the 2nd is on the 1st floor, and there is also an additional guest toilet.

The good news is that all of this is roofed, which means you can enjoy socializing regardless of the weather! In the second building there is a whirlpool and the central element that connects all 3 buildings is of course the swimming pool. In addition to all of the above, you will also find a table tennis table and a children's playground.
