Unusable sofa bed

We booked this room because it had two beds and a pull out sofa. We needed to utilize all of the sleeping spots. When we went to make the sleeper sofa, the sheets were just folded and under the couch cushions. The sheets were gritty. I called the front desk to ask for clean sheets. She brought some right up. After I called I went to pull out the mattress it was full of crumbs and trash. The mattress itself was stained and dirty. The sofa bed was unusable due to the filth in it. When they brought my new sheets up I showed her the state of the bed, she took pictures to show the manager. When I checked out in the morning I mentioned the bed condition to the lady at the front desk and said she had seen the picture and the manager would be contacting me. I have not heard from the manager.

Another no pool weekend.

One of the main reasons why I chose this hotel was the pool so I could let my daughter swim. Unfortunately, the pool has been out of order with a broken heater since the beginning of January.
