The Villa Melia is a three-level stone house, with two levels having direct access to terraces and landscaped gardens filled with wild herbs, olive trees, roses, and lemon trees.

The house features four bedrooms, including two suites with bathrooms and two guest rooms, ideal for children. One suite occupies the entire top floor and boasts a terrace with breathtaking views. The other suite is located on the ground floor with a small terrace and a sea view. The two additional bedrooms are adjacent, each with two beds that can be joined upon request, depending on the number of guests. On the intermediate level, you'll find the main entrance with a stone fireplace, the kitchen-dining room, and a guest toilet/bathroom for beach returns.

The villa is designed with a natural and eco-friendly ventilation system, ensuring a continuous air circulation and preventing it from getting too hot. There are two beautiful 150m² pergola-covered terraces with a stone table for your lunches and dinners.

Villa Melia is a unique place amidst preserved nature, offering a peaceful retreat and an unforgettable setting for a family or friends' stay.

The road to the villa is easy, except for the last kilometer, which is a dirt path. Access is possible with all types of vehicles.

The entire house is accessible to the travelers.

Denise, your on-site host, will be available before and throughout your stay! In Greek, French, or English, she will advise you on boat reservations, car rentals (special offers), sightseeing, hiking, beaches, and restaurants on the island.

To reach Tinos, you have several options:

- From Mykonos Airport (with numerous flights from around the world), then a 25-minute boat ride.
- From Athens, then a two-hour boat journey.
- The road to the house is an unpaved road.
