The property, a portion of a mountain cabin, is located at 1,300 m above sea level (20 minutes by car from Tione di Trento) and is especially suitable for singles or couples. It is spread over two levels: on the ground floor, you will find a small kitchen with gas stove and fridge with freezer compartment, as well as the dining area. Upstairs is the main bedroom; if needed, a third bed is available in the anteroom. The bathroom is also on the upper floor, equipped with sink, toilet, and shower (no bidet).



Outside, a private section of garden with umbrella, table, and a portable gas barbecue is reserved for you—perfect for relaxing and enjoying outdoor meals. The property is connected to the public water supply, and hot water is provided by a gas boiler. Electricity comes from a stand-alone photovoltaic system with storage battery: please be mindful of consumption, especially during bad weather, when battery recharging may be limited or unavailable.



The use of large appliances is not permitted. A small hairdryer is available, to be used with care. There is no heating, but a wood-burning fireplace can be used to warm up on cool evenings. Mobile phone coverage is not guaranteed.



The cabin is accessible from Tione di Trento by car on a paved road; the last 400 meters are on a steep, single-lane concrete road, so some mountain driving skill is required. Alternatively, you can park at the bottom and walk up for 5 minutes. From Tione di Trento, you can reach Trentino’s main tourist attractions in under an hour: Pinzolo/Madonna di Campiglio – a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Brenta Dolomites, and the lakes of Tenno, Molveno, Garda, and Idro.
