Holiday Home 'Zia Mariota Zeller' with Mountain View and Private Garden

The structure, a portion of a chalet is located at 1,300 m. sl. m (20 min. drive from Tione di Trento) and is particularly suitable for singles or couples!

It is divided on two levels. On the ground floor you will find a small kitchen (with gas stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment) and dining room.

On the upper floor is located the master bedroom. If necessary, there is the availability of a third bed in the anteroom. Also on the second floor is the bathroom, equipped with a sink, toilet and shower (no bidet).

Externally, a portion of the garden, umbrella and a table is reserved, as well as a portable gas barbecue for relaxing and enjoying delicious grills!

The property is connected to the public water supply, while hot water is provided by gas boiler.

Electricity for the house is provided by an island photovoltaic system with battery storage. Attention must be paid to consumption, especially in bad weather. Indeed, in these situations, there is less or no recharging of the batteries.

The use of large electrical appliances (e.g., hair dryer) is not allowed. There is a small hair dryer in the facility.

A wood-burning fireplace can be used for warmth during cool evenings.

Telephone coverage is not guaranteed.

The lodge can be reached from Tione di Trento by car on a paved road. The last 400 meters must be traveled on a steep, single-lane concrete road (some skill in mountain driving is required) (see photo). Alternatively, you can leave your car in the parking lot at the end and walk for 5 minutes.

From Tione di Trento, in less than an hour, you can reach the main tourist destinations in Trentino: Pinzolo/Madonna di Campiglio - UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Brenta Dolomites, the lakes of Tenno, Molveno, Garda and Idro.
