Welcome to the Historic Saunders Seed in Tipp City! We have renovated the second floor into three brand new loft style apartments. This apartment will both surprise and impress you with its nostalgia, convenience and luxury feels. We are a short walk to all of the shops, restaurants and cafes on Main Street. A 10-minute walk to the Great Miami River where you can fish, kayak, bike, or take beautiful walks or runs. This unit offers free and easy parking directly in front of the building. The unit is located on the second floor of the building with only stairs for entry.

Fully equipped kitchen - pots, pans, knives, basic spices and more included. Coffee maker, tea kettle and blender are available.

Comfy, clean queen sized bed gives you the space you need to get a good night's sleep. A queen bed is set up in the second bedroom - great for kids or extra guests. The apartment has blackout blinds installed throughout.

For any train enthusiasts this building offers prime viewing (you will find locals folks and children watching from our dock) and a one of a kind experience. Each apartment is 3-5 layers of brick deep, there are three layers of drywall between the units and we have double paned windows throughout. We have also provided sound machines in each room.

There is a washer and dryer in each unit and detergent is provided for 2 loads.

This apartment is 5-minutes from the I-75, a 20 minute drive to downtown Dayton (20 min), WPAFB (25-30 min), a 10-15 minute drive to Troy and 20-30 minutes many Kettering hospitals.


Parking:
Free parking directly in front of building. There is a street parking directly across the street for individuals/families with larger trucks or trailers.

Guest access
The guests will have access to the entire apartment and all the amenities inside, there is parking directly in front of the building (up to two spaces provided) and the patio are located in front of the unit.

Other things to note
Being located in a historic town, we do have several trains that pass through Tipp City. Please note that you will hear the train. We've provided sound machines in each bedroom and ear plugs in case you are a light sleeper.

Exterior security camera present
There are security cameras on the exterior and the lower level of the building only. There is one pointed down the staircase that you will use to access the units and the others are for the main floor which has private offices on it.
