Okay so firstly this accommodation should not be classed as a hotel. It is a collection of rooms with a reception, no bar & no restaurant. The room we got was right next to reception, very noisy in the morning and at night with people coming and going along with the music reception was playing. We booked a street view with balcony room but could not see anything for the trees. We stayed three nights and the room was not changed once, the shower was also very poor and the TV did not work. To finish on a positive it was five minutes walk from the main square.

The hotel was modern, clean and very central. The staff were lovely and so accommodating. We had an issue with our room having a double bed instead of the 2 single beds we booked which they fixed for us right away. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location very near Skanderbeg square. It has a very small sign and some taxis and tour companies didn’t seem to know where it is, but google maps location is accurate. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Maid service seems to be when you request it. One thing to note, there is no elevator so people with issues climbing stairs should be aware.

In terms of cleanliness, the place was ok. The location was in the center, where you have everything and a little more. The hotel had some issues in the wc and they should fix them…

Malgré l'heure d'arrivée très tardive, une personne m'a accueilli avec le sourire ! Ma chambre au dernier étage bénéficiait d'une belle vue sur la ville et donc très calme. Literie de qualité Douche revigorante Seul bémol : la taxe de séjour relativement élevée !
