Positives - great location, clean, comfortable bed. Minor issues - had to ask for toilet paper & towels, no hot water on second day, the main shower head wasn't working but there was a hand held one which was ok. Major issue - the lady on reception was insistent that I hadn't paid even though I had paid upfront with Expedia, it made me feel very uncomfortable as I was travelling alone, Expedia were great when I got in contact but I was still nervous when it came to checking out, although all was ok at that point. Overall - this could be a great little hotel, I hope that the money issue was a genuine misunderstanding as that impacted my enjoyment quite considerably, but for the price paid I was happy.

Worst Hotel Experience

We ended up leaving the place at 10:30 pm the night of our reservation. The owner and his wife were having a very lengthy and loud argument on the floor we were occupying. When we addressed the situation with the owner he just shrugged and said “We could leave.” Oddly he seemed surprised when we did leave. A convenient location but sadly unprofessional. They treat the establishment as a messy house as opposed to a hotel. We luckily ended up at an amazing hotel called Hotel Opera which had both location, comfort and quiet.

Lovely and clean

Amazing place, perfect wee room, and brilliant location. ‘Mama’ was so friendly but not much English but others spoke without problem. Highly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay.

Hotel centralissimo

Le camere doppie o triple sono grandi e belle, dotate di finestre con doppi vetri e questo è un bene perchè da su una strada centrale e trafficata, tuttavia la camera singola ( dove ho soggiornato) non ha il doppio vetro ed è molto piccola, non è cosigliabile. La Signora che gestisce è gentile, ma non parla italiano.

Very good!

Location is perfect, just a few steps from the central square. My room was very good, and the bathroom was huge! Staff was very helpful with how to get to the bus station. The only drawback is the lack of breakfast.
