I went there with my girlfriend for 1 night I checked in the room I went to have a shower and I want to adjust the shower head in the pressure that I wanted and it was droken after I went out to get a towel and was a hole in ther. In the end I went to have a nap and and was stains in the bed and holes as well I find that discasting👎👎

Great young staff.

The location is a little far from the center, but it's quiet and safe. The gym is dated but has all the equipment needed. The staff were great, very helpful and friendly.

A great place to stay in the center of Tirana. I stayed for almost a week and I enjoyed it very much. Now I know where to stay in Tirana.

The staff was very helpful when asked for anything. The bed was super comfy. The breakfast buffet was incredible. The gym wasn't in the best shape, but that's not a big loss. The prices were WAY better if you book straight through the hotel itself!!

Short visit to Tirana

Easy to check in and find about all the amenities. The room was clean and nice. Good, spacious bathroom. Restaurant with a bit limited menu but anyway all meals were tasty. Hotel is located in a densely build up area which makes driving to it a bit challenging. Better to leave the car in garage for your whole stay.

honestly, the first room had some issues. but they upgraded me promptly the next morning. hotels.com was supposed to provide me a coupon as mentioned over the phone but for some reason I did not receive any voucher. why? not sure. but the hotel was nice. within walking distance to everything we needed here in the city center. staff was amazing and the breakfast they served was amazing. I love how nice they were to us. they even sent a private cab agency to pick us up from the airport with all of our luggage and it was only 20 euros. average cab on the street is 20 euros, and the hotel booked a very nice professional driver to pick us up. thank you for the help prestige hotel. we will be back.

Good hotel, comfy beds and nice bathroom. Wee bit of a walk out of town but not too far to walk. Not a huge amount of space in bedroom and powerpoints were poorly located. Breakfast and quality of food very poor. Overall ok though.

Great hotel, lovely comfie room, just strange there was no internet when we stayed. Great resturants there. Super helpful and accomodating staff when we needed to leave our luggae there for a few days. Highly recommend.

Good place to stay.

We stayed here last year.this year our room was right above the front door.so we heard kids, people laughing all night long where you can eat outside.not sure if it was hotel guests or locals. Food was great for breakfast and dinner.dinner traditional restaurant was better than Italian restaurant. We went in September so its not so hot.I do wish for breakfast the food that was cold would stay cold.have ice under the yogurt.this year we had a refrigerator in room.but they should tell you that the drinks in there aren't free.

Great Hotel in the capital city.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was immaculately clean. It was so comfortable and inviting to come back to the room after a long day of sight seeing. Tony in reception was so helpful. He helped guide us to where we wanted to go.

Hotel located in quiet place providing parking. Suites are really comfortable. Internet OK Breakfast could be much better... Friendly and efficient staff with good services. No pool, no Spa; but good restaurant
