kein neubau. lage gut. kurze fahrstrecke zum einkaufen und zum see

Pros: die wohnungsaufteilung und die bestückung des gesamten benötigten haushaltssortimens, das bei einer wohnungsnutzung gebraucht wird. alle benötigten elektrischen haushaltsgeräte vorhanden. Cons: der zugang zur wohnung lag im untergeschoss [14 treppenstufen]. für behinderte nicht geeignet. [partnerin gehbehindert und auf rollstuhl angewiesen.]

Lumineux et confortable

Gîte spacieux et lumineux pour deux personnes ( bébé), grandes baies vitrées avec volets électriques, propreté impeccable, la propriétaire a pensé à tout. À moins de 10 minutes à pied du lac et des commerces. Seul bémol : l'éclairage pourrait être amélioré, notamment dans la cuisine (au-dessus de l'évier).

Entspannter Urlaub in gepflegter Unterkunft.

Pros: Die Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Zur Ausstattung der Wohnung gehörte ein großzügiger Vorrat an Verbrauchsartikeln( Toilettenpapier, Backpapier, Küchenrolle etc.) Das habe ich auch schon anders vorgefunden. :-) Cons: Mir hat in der Ausstattung der Wohnung ein Radio oder eine Musikanlage gefehlt. W-LAN Verbindung ist nicht stabil und/ oder schnell genug für eine Nutzung gerade in den Abendstunden, wenn das normale Fernsehprogramm uninteressant ist. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.
