Wohnung okay, für 3 Leute eher klein. Wenig bis kein Stauraum für Kleider. Sehr hellhörig, war bis spät am Abend recht laut da die Wohnung direkt am Treppenhaus liegt und viele Leute erst am späten Abend (nach 23 uhr) nach Hause kamen. Standort sehr gut 10 Minuten bis zum See. Direkt am Wald. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur mit Auto erreichbar. Zum Kontakt mit der Verwaltung. Die Dame scheint sicher freundlich zu sein, jedoch gab es bei uns gröbere Probleme. Wir sind Donnerstags angereist und bemerkten am späten Abend das wir kein warmes Wasser haben. Anscheinend war das Problem seit Mittwoch bekannt, wäre schön gewesen darüber informiert zu werden. So haben wir es gemerkt als meine kleine Tochter unter der Dusche stand. Das Problem ging dann bis Freitag Nachmittag. Zusätzlich war die Waschmaschine defekt, ich fragte zwei Mal nach wie es aussieht und bekam keinerlei Rückmeldung mehr. Die Waschmaschine war bis vor der Abfahrt defekt. 3. Punkt Wir hatten einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, diese war recht eng. Wir fragten ob wir draussen parken können. Sie wies uns einen Parkplatz zu. Am nächsten Tag parke hier ein anderes Auto. Stellte sich dann raus das ihnen dieser Parkplatz gar nicht gehörte. Der Kontakt via WhatsApp scheint einfach zu sein, jedoch fühlte ich mich bei der Dame nicht ernstgenommen. Sie ging auf die Reklamation nur halbherzig ein und es gab keinerlei entgegenkommen. Titisee gerne wieder, aber nicht wieder in diesem Haus. Schade.

Ehepaar, 2 Nächte, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und hatten per WhatsApp perfekten Kontakt und Infos. Verbesserungsideen: 2 Mininachttischchen und wenigstens 2 leere Schubladen (alle 6 Schubladen waren voll Bettmaterial), 2. Zimmer als Stauraum genutzt
