Pleasantly surprised with this stay! The checkin was quick and easy and staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was much nicer than expected. Bed was very comfortable and everything was in good working order. Shower wasn't hot enough for my wife though.

This motel is a throwback to those I remember staying at as a kid when we'd go to the beach. Nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable, and economical. Louie was at the desk when i checked in and checked out, and he couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating and informative. The attatched diner is a perfect fit, with great food and hospitable staff. Kudos to all involved!

We had a king bed room with a kitchenette. There were 2 burners, a microwave and a small refrigerator. They had silverware, pans, dishes and utensils. It is an old motel that has been renovated. No carpeting. The bathroom was very nice with a tiled walk in shower. Location is very close (walk to in minutes) to downtown Titusville. Front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful in answering questions. Nothing fancy but very clean. The road out front can be a little noisy at times if you are staying in a room on the front side of the building.

No toiletries except toilet paper-not even a bar of soap. Loud a/c kept waking us. It was an accessible room, but only had 1 chair, 1 nightstand 2 beds, regrigerator/microwave. No other furniture at all. No place to put or hang anything. Left a day early.

Very Nice Motel

Don’t let the exterior fool you. My room was very clean and comfortable. The rooms appear to have been updated recently. I was pleasantly surprised to find a mini kitchen with all the necessary utensils.

Our room was newly remodeled and clean! We were traveling through down to Lauderdale. Perfect property to stop in for an overnight stay. Property has all the simple amenities that you would need. Cute diner at the front of the property and a short walk to an awesome coffee/bakery shop.
