The people working there were very nice and friendly. The surrounding area appeared rather dirty with people standing around smoking, etc. we took advantage of parking our vehicle there while we were on our cruise but I was anxious about it the whole time.

Rooms were average and could have used a better cleaning. Extremely noisy parking lot at all hours. Management should have stepped in. The included breakfast was good, and the breakfast staff was very attentive. The front desk staff were also pleasant and knowledgeable.

Room smelled like someone had been smoking weed nearby. There were also people cooking in the room next to ours and hanging out with the door open while listening to loud music. They did quiet down before too late, but this is something to consider if you have small children you need to get settled.

In-laws were unable to stay in their reserved room. Not refundable. Not much we could do about that. Room was updated and clean. Shower could use an update but had good pressure and hot water. Check in was excellent. Thank you.
