Room key worked but the door handle didn't engage the latch so we were locked out of our room for some time. According to the front desk this is a problem with room 220 yet it persists? Overall the hotel is well worn. Beds were clean and comfortable which is the only good thing I can say.

The room was outdated and smelled moldy. The bathroom was dirty. You could hear every conversation and noise outside the room. The door had no seal around it. Just overall not very comfortable and difficult sleeping.

This room was completely filthy. Grime everywhere. Leftover food in refrigerator. Children's play stickers on the mirrors along with kids' fingerprints. Wife had to wipe down all surfaces. Floor so dirty we had to throw away our socks when we left. Really unbelievable.

Staff was good, room was older but in decent shape, price was significantly lower than many other hotels near Kennedy Space Center. Convenient to several places in Titusville, and public parks along the Indian River that give a good view of rocket launches (we watched a Falcon 9 launch).

When we arrived at the location there was an active police situation going on and while taking our luggage into the room there was a large German roach on the wall to the left of the TV. We didn't stay, checked out immediately and hotels.com has NOT refunded me

I will start with the positives. We all slept well. The beds were comfortable. The property looks great in the pictures but it is pretty beat up. There is rust on the door frame. Our bathtub did not have a stopper and the inside of the tub was badly stained. The bedding had cigarette burns and rips. This is the first time I have ever checked for bed bugs. Despite the rough look, everything was clean. That is how we could close our eyes at night. The breakfast servers were friendly and very helpful, check in and out were fine.
