Beds were very hard! Bed felt worse than a pullout couch. A blowup mattress would’ve been way better. Should’ve slept in the car. Couldn’t get any sleep. Mattress needs to be replaced. I will never stay again.

The room is very clean. Delaney at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The only thing that I noticed is the molding at the bottom of the shower door is sticking out and could hurt someone

The last room we had was really nice with the twin queen beds. Very clean and and everything worked. This time around there was hair all over the place and even a spider with a web on the counter (we have pictures). Hair in the tub, in the sink, and randomly on the counter. The tub was slimy as well. My wife washed it before bathing our boys. The room was hot and had a smell like people just left because I guess the central heat was out.

Very professional front desk, efficient and polite. Very nice room on the third floor. My only negative is the room was located above the outside area where people smoke. Those fumes came through the HVAC and the room smelled like smoke. I am a non smoker. I would stay there again, but in a different room.
