The door to my room would close but would not lock. After I brought it to the attention of the staff (on two different shifts) nothing was done. I was livivd but also powerless. I was afraid and did cold not sleep. As soon as the light of day came, I got out of there.

Rented 2 rooms which were suppose to be connecting. They sere not. One room had a very bad smell of mildew. Had to change room. Finally key to replacement room did not work and had to get someone from lobby to keep coming up tp open door. Room key did not work for door to pool area
