Great stay

We were allowed early check-in which was great. Hotel rooms are clean and updated. Only complaint is there were no curtains just window shades that still allowed a lot of light to come in. Complimentary breakfast was great, plenty of options. Would consider staying here again. Only 10 minutes away from KSC.

All in all it wasn't the worst stay I have had, but was not the most pleasant. I had to get my key reactivated each day. Every time I asked about it, they just shrugged their shoulders and said they were not sure why it kept happening. I would have liked them to work the problem and not just keep inconveniencing me. The TV did not work properly, when I asked about it, all I was told was to unplug certain cords and plug it back in (this should not be the job of the guest). Lastly, I was visiting with my wife and 2 kids. We were only given 3 towels, one of which was barely bigger than a hand towel I understand things go wrong during a visit, I was more disappointed with the response. With each issue, all I received was a robotic "I'm sorry". I was never contacted by any member of management following any issue I had. At this point, I will not be going back to this hotel, not because of the quality, but because of the customer service from the front desk.

The rooms were orderly and clean. The area is convenient to the Kennedy Space Center. The hotel was in a quiet area. Parking was not over crowded. Staff at front desk were pleasant. The buffet staff needed help. The restocking of food was lacking and cleanliness of tables and floors needed attention.

A great place to stay

Our stay at the Titusville Hyatt was very pleasant. From check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. The room, and entire facility was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant had a nice menu and great atmosphere. The breakfast was great also. I would stay there again and I definitely recommend it to others.

The property was clean and looked amazing, the room was clean and spacious, the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever had the privilege of laying on. The only cons were the shower could have been cleaner and the food at the “restaurant” was not very good and way over priced

Breakfast is supposed to start at 7am. I had an engagement that required me to leave the hotel at 730am so i thought i would be able to get Breakfast. I came downstairs at 7 and Breakfast was not ready/set up. The kitchen staff gave the excuse that they got a late start. Maybe they need to start earlier so guests are not inconvenienced.
