Villa Lastva is a five star luxury villa for tourist rental. It is located in the picturesque and authentic Donja Lastva, the oldest part of Tivat. The building was originally built in the second half of the 19th century and completely reconstructed in 2021. The villa offers unforgettable moments in an original Mediterranean place with all its charms and life. At the same time the interior of the villa offers all the benefits of modern life and the inner courtyard an intimate space. The house area is 170m2 with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room, toilet, laundry room, 2 terraces and 2 front gardens. The house can accommodate 6 people. All areas of house have a direct sea view. All rooms are with luxurious and designed furniture, the kitchen is fully equipped including all utensils. In the yard is a swimming pool measuring 3x12.5m, with sunbathing area, sun loungers and parasols. The pool house also offers 5 different outdoor seating and enjoyment areas. In front of the house it is possible to dock by boat, and there is a berth for a boat. Parking for 2 vehicles is provided, which is under video surveillance. WiFi is provided in all interiors and throughout the yard. One pet (dog or cat) weighing up to 10 kg is allowed.
