On reflection, this hotel is supposed to be 3 stars but it’s far from it! Bedrooms and bathrooms are totally not up to modern hospitality standards and the food offerings are very poor! One good part of this hotel is Valentina! She knows how to use her customer service skills!

Not what is expected of a Best Western

I had better expectations from this property beign that it is associated with the Best Western brand. The rooms are a bit run down. In my mother's room the shower door came off the rail and it could have been dangerous for her. The mini fridge don't get cold. In our double occupancy room they only left one set of towels...this happened every day of the 3 we stayed. The breakfast was not at all worth it. Go into town and have good coffee and pantries. They served the same tarts our entire stay...so they were old and stale. Then we had dinner at the restaurant one night and the staff was not friendly at all. I got charge 2 euros for the service (odd), then was charged for bread we never got. I wouldn't have been upset, but aside from the mediocre service, the manager was upset I disputed the charges before paying. I run a restaurant and things like this are hard to tolerate. I require all staff to double check ticketa and make sure our clients are satisfied with the charges. I also use to work at hotels and honestly...there was only one person at this place I would hire. Also the rooms had tons of spiders. Thank You Abdul for your friendly service.

Good location, awful hotel

First time using this hotel and wouldn’t use it again, the rooms are dirty and not maintained properly! Breakfast options are not great for European citizens! When I complained to the receptionist, I didn’t get a good response, no way to deal with customers! Definitely I will not be using this hotel again!

Great location. Easy parking. Quiet area. Nice to find a place with twin beds to accommodate myself and my two sons. The best thing in the restaurant was the pizza.

The property is next to a junk yard and there is noise all night. The room was very warm and the water was scalding hot. No matter what we tried, we couldnt get the water to a temleratire that wasnt burning our skin. When we told the staff, they said "thats just how we take showers here". Which is rediculous. We had stayed at 3 other hotels on our trip and none of them had this problem. The beds were awful. No one was able to get much sleep durong our stay there. We travel out of country twice a year and are very flexible with arrangements, even staying in hostles. This was very disappointing.

A great hotel if you need a station to venture out and discover parts of Italy surrounding Rome. The hotel itself is clean and comfy. Staff are so polite and lovely. Tivoli is beautiful. One must visit Hadrian’s Villa and Villa d’Este. Amazing.

Terrible hotel, should be 1 star.

Awful place. Housekeepers argued with me. They never changed my sheets . 7 night stay. And they cleaned my room about 2 times. I ran out of toilet paper, Gardner had to bring me rolls of paper clean pillowcase, clean towels. My garbage accumulated and management was not concerned. The hotel is difficult and farther than its stated in the ad. Owner Not interested in providing u.s. cell Adapters had to charge cell battery in car parked outside hotel. All staff smoke at hotel door entrance. About 4 toll booths you have to pay round trip on the road. Hotel don’t mention that, they don’t want to give change to pay tolls. Hotel never picked up their tel to give me directions. Even the policemen GPS had difficulty locating this place. It got dark trying to find this place so I parked my car rental on a street and waited until daylight to continue searching. They are no refundable. Too tired to hunt for a new hotel for 1 night. Room hotel dead, no alarms, WiFi yes but no cell battery Chargers adapters. was supposed to stay there for nine nights but nights number eight and nine I move to a hotel closer to the airport because I wanted to leave the country as soon as possible from this bad experience. I expect to get my $500 back into my credit card account from this terrible hotel It is antiquated and it’s in the middle of some factories and farms.

Breakfast was promised per reservation but staff refused to provide it at check in. They later blamed Expedia for confusion and provide coffee. Not a welcoming atmosphere.

Modern hotel in Tivoli reasonably priced

Modern style hotel in Tivoli easy to find, modern bed & spacious room (for Europe). Reasonable price for high tourist location very close to Hadrians villa. Coffee maker in room, which I like. Only mild criticism is the breakfast was average, no hot food.

Lovely hotel

This is an excellent hotel. The room was lovely, secure free parking, beautiful pool, excellent restaurant which I recommend for dinner. Staff were very welcoming and bent over backwards to make us feel welcome. There was a small confusion over the cost for breakfast: our paperwork from hotels.com said free breakfast, but the hotel's paperwork from hotels.com said a night's stay only with no breakfast. This was more than we expected for a night's stay by the motorway and excellent value for money.
